June Bower is the Talker in Chief at TalkShop, although she considers herself more of a listener than a talker. June has spent the majority of her career in marketing.

June started her career in the early days of Apple where she worked with Steve Jobs and the rest of the 300 person company.  

From Apple she went on to VP and CMO jobs at companies such as Adobe, Alcatel, Cisco, Webex and others. She got the entrepreneurial bug when she worked for Lightspeed Ventures, where she was the marketing partner helping their portfolio companies with their marketing efforts.  

June’s favorite job was at a startup in the Silicon Valley with development offices in Israel. In a small company she could let creative juices fly. Through smart, frugal marketing she helped the company get acquired by Alcatel.  June is also a guest lecturer at UC Berkeley and Northeastern University.

When June isn’t working she is reading fiction, playing in an orchestra or chamber group, streaming the latest great TV show, joining her Master’s Swim Team or brushing her 17.5 pound Maine Coon cat, Zeus.
